Tuesday and I'm really bummed because I thought it was Wednesday for some reason. I really went through the day thinking, "Hump day. Weekend's almost here." Bucking the current industry trend to reduce capacity and flights, Southwest Airlines announced that the carrier will utilize a brand new optimization model to add service in select markets and tweak its schedule. Through the elimination of 31 existing roundtrip flights from its current flight schedule, Southwest has added 40 new roundtrip flights

Some very bad news for solar power

If it was not bad enough that the solar tax credit is about to run out, the US is not putting a freeze on solar energy on public land proposals pending a review of the enviornmental impact. It seems like the fact that solar energy provides pitifully little energy for an astronomical cost is starting to catch up with it. Reality strikes again...
